All orders ars shipped with Royal Mail- We currently only offer UK delivery
How long is dipatch?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days (Monday -Friday-excluding bank holidays)
During busier periods dispatch may take longer.
This is the dispatch time and does not include the time for Royal Mail to deliver the order.
Please allow a max of up to 10 working days after your dispatch email for your order to arrive. If you are not in and receive a red 'something for you ' card from Royal Mail, you will be responsible for rearranging delivery/collection from your local sorting office.
Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for address mistakes including any spelling mistakes/wrong house number. If your order is posted to the wrong address provided you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
We really hope that you love our products, but for any reason you wish to return them we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be in the same condition that you receivd it , unused and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a trackable service as we can't guarentee that we will receive items.
